Персонал гостиницы приветливый, быстро идет на помощь при необходимости, на ресепшене несколько человек говорит на английском. Еда в ресторане нормальная, но маленькие порции и на вкус ни чего особенного. Заявленная детская комната на фото не была найдена. Номера уставшие, душ капал, окно не открывалось. До пляжа – 2 мин перейти дорогу. В гостинице дают пляжные полотенца, стул и зонтик – очень удобно. Магазин, аптека, кафе, заправка – 1 минута пешком. Французский ресторан – 5 минут пешком, вкусный. До центра 40-45 минут на такси.

Excelente atendimento no Novotel Barra da Tijuca. A colaboradora Erica nos recebeu com mimos para meu aniversário, deixando nossa passagem pelo Rio de Janeiro ainda mais especial. O hotel é completo, com uma vista linda do nascer e por do sol da área da piscina e serviços como cadeiras e guarda sol para praia a disposição dos hóspedes. Recomendo muito.

The hotel as with most hotels in rio is quite run down. The swimming pool area doesn’t look as nice as the pictures and so as the rooms. Reception quite busy at all times.

Never again in this hotel. We knew that Novotel are very average hotels but this one turned out to be a big disaster for us visiting Rio de Janeiro all the way from India. Talking about the location first, this hotel is situated on Barra beach miles away from every tourist attraction of Rio. There is no restaurant or a decent eatery anywhere less than 3Km distance from the hotel. This is quite important as the restaurant in the hotel is almost non-existent. Talking about the hotel, it is below par in every sense of this world. Very ordinary rooms, no water or tea/coffee in the room. How can you you have no water served in the room in such warm weather. The staff are like robots making no eye contact with you ever. The breakfast is awful with no live counter for eggs and horrible coffee machine. Wi-Fi sucks. The gym and swimming pool are a joke. All the available space has been conveyed into 230 rooms. Please stay away from this hotel.

Tive um problema no apartamento , a descarga/vaso sanitário não estava funcionando , sem água. Fiz duas solicitações na recepção para solucionarem o problema, mas não resolveram, nem deram retorno. Tive que utilizar o banheiro do térreo. Isso é inadmissível para um hotel desse porte. Att Daniel Heidi
